Who we are
About Youth Connect EU-Ukraine
Youth Connect EU-Ukraine is an Erasmus+ KA220-YOU Cooperation Partnership that brings together youth organisations and young people from Poland, Romania, Czechia and Ukraine to build, together, a shared digital space for resources, opportunities and connection.
Our mission
The partnership exists to make it easier for young people — and the organisations that work with them — across four countries, and since 2022 across a wartime border, to find each other, share what works, and act together. This platform is the partnership's shared home: a resource library, an opportunities board and a network map that any of the five consortium partners, and the organisations they work with, can contribute to.
What we set out to do
Four things this partnership is building toward, together.
A visible, connected network
An interactive map of youth organisations across the consortium's countries, so a youth worker in Lviv or Bucharest can see who else is doing similar work nearby — and reach out.
Open opportunities
A single board for calls for projects, mobilities and events, posted directly by the youth organisations that run them, instead of scattered across separate mailing lists and pages.
A route in for young people
A short application built into the platform itself, so a young person who wants to take part doesn't have to hunt for a form buried in a PDF — they can start on the page they're already reading.
A four-country consortium
Youth Connect EU-Ukraine is coordinated by Fundacja British Council and delivered together with four partner organisations in Romania, Czechia and Ukraine. The National Youth Foundation (FNT), in Romania, leads the design and development of this platform.
