Youth Connect EU-Ukraine is delivered by a five-organisation consortium across four countries, with the European Union's Erasmus+ programme funding the partnership through Poland's National Agency.
Fundacja British Council represents the UK's international organisation for culture and education in Poland. It supports peace and prosperity by building connections, understanding and trust between people in the UK and countries worldwide. It does this through its work in arts and culture, education and the English language. It works with people in over 200 countries and territories. In 2024–25 it reached 600 million people.
The National Youth Foundation (Fundația Națională pentru Tineret, FNT) is Romania's national youth foundation, running youth centres and programmes for young people and the organisations that work with them. FNT designs, builds and hosts this platform on behalf of the consortium.
The University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (VŠCHT Praha) is a public research university in Czechia. In this partnership it leads the capacity-building work package — the consultation meetings, the workshop series and the practical toolkit for youth organisations.
The non-government organization "Volyn Youth Center" is an educational and event hub that works as a platform for various events and programs to strengthen and form the knowledge, skills, and values of Ukrainian youth. The center has worked with and for young people since 2017. Its main activities are weekly clubs (English speaking club, table games club, empathic communication club), leadership programmes for young people such as "Mission L", "Active Citizens" and "UPSHIFT", and periodic events like movie nights, diversity quests and thematic workshops.
The NGO "Sustainable Development Agency 'Skyscraper'" is a civil society organisation based in Kropyvnytskyi that works to strengthen youth policy, youth work, civic participation, and the capacity of local communities and civil society organisations. The organisation has been working with young people, communities, and civil society organisations since 2017. Its main activities include youth leadership and development programmes; capacity building and organisational support through training, mentoring, facilitation and peer learning; mobile youth work, particularly in rural, remote and smaller communities; research and needs assessment; community-based activities focused on social cohesion, safe environments, dialogue and cooperation; and international cooperation and youth exchanges.
This platform, like the rest of the partnership's work, is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union under the KA220-YOU Cooperation Partnerships for youth action — grant number 2024-2-PL01-KA220-YOU-000294861, running 29 August 2025 to 28 August 2027.
